How it works

From enquiry to drawing

Most domestic sites are surveyed in a single day, with drawings issued within a week.

  1. Enquiry

Send the site address, a rough boundary and what the survey is for. I reply with a fixed quote.

  2. Site visit

I measure the site with GNSS or a total station, chosen for the accuracy and detail required, tied to the national grid.

  3. Drawing

Data is processed and drawn up in CAD to the scale and layers your designer needs.

  4. Delivery

You receive DWG and PDF files by email, and I answer any questions from your design team.
